Very beautiful Empire style cutlery set by Ravinet Louis & d'Enfert Charles (1891-1912) goldsmiths in Paris at 83 rue du Temple
It is made up of 61 pieces: 12 table cutlery (12 forks 12 spoons), 12 small and 12 large knives, 7 small spoons, 1 ladle, 1 fork and 1 salad spoon, 1 fork and 1 carving knife, 1 large decorated blade knife in its original wooden case covered with fabric clasps and brass handles. The cutlery is richly decorated with olive branches in foliage, winged torches, small flowers and plants (stylized lotus flowers?) wrapped.
The set is in good condition given the age (at least 109 years) of this cutlery set, there are signs of use under the prongs, 4 forks with deformed prongs, 1 teaspoon very slightly penniless below the blades of the knives are steel and show some traces of oxidation see the many photos
