Superb oil mounted on cardboard signed lower left L.CABAUSSEL
for Eloi Léon Joseph CABAUSSEL (1885-1956) painter born in Castres
Lyonnaise school, member of the Lyonnais artists' fair from 1927 to 1945
on the back the mention 39-3 may be for March 1939
on the frame a leftover label of the Société Lyonnaise des Beaux Arts
in a solid and heavy wooden frame stuccoed and gilded with plant motifs
the framework has many shortcomings it is to be reviewed or changed
